The Butter Burger at Solly’s Grille has been voted one of America’s top burgers. This is my version of their Solly Cheeseburger. It was AWESOME!
Stewed Onion Recipe:
3 tbs olive oil
2 medium sweet onions, diced.
2 tbs unsalted butter
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp pepper
salt to taste
The above recipe was created by George Motz of Burger Land. It looks darker than the original, so I’m thinking about substituting chicken broth next time.
